There are other high tech tools besides your computer that you can use. Instead of communicating via phone call ask your prospects if they prefer a more personal approach and use video phones or video conferencing tools to give a more personalized meeting style. This also will show them that you have what it takes to stay up to date and evolve in today’s fast paced world. Also, never underestimate the power of social networking for prospecting. Even if you think that social networking is only for young people, you may find that these free sites are a great way to communicate with others and to start finding prospects using a form of technology that your competitors may not have turned to before. Many people know that a lot of prospecting is about getting the prospect’s attention and social media sites can be just another way to turn their heads.
