Television screens start from around $1,000 for a standard 40-55” display, and can run as high as $3,000-$5,000. Most people can’t really tell the difference between a 1080p display or a 4K display, which is more expensive. Similarly, when it comes to buying a set of speakers, you need to decide whether you want a standard five channel surround sound system or a 7.1 channel surround sound system, which is pricier.

If you want an immersive experience every time you turn on the entertainment system, you should consider hiring a design firm. The design firm will first take a look at the room and then place proper padding along the walls in order to balance the sound in the room.
